Wanting to offer your advice and experience to the next generation?
THE STEP-UP SORORITY MENTORING PROGRAM is the perfect opportunity to give a “little sister” the network, resources and guidance they need to help them kickstart their careers. Each semester spans 3 months. Ultimately, that is just 6 fortnightly 20 minute phone calls that will change and shape a future.
As a big sister, you will help with 3 defining factors in starting a career:
INDUSTRY GUIDANCE: give a deeper insight into the industry you’re currently working in, how you started and how others can get in.
JOB APPLICATION & INTERVIEW PROCESS: preparing a “little sister” for what to expect once they reach this stage.
LIFE ADVICE: big sisterly advice on what is to come.

*The Mentoring Programs take place in January and July each year. Those not selected for this semester can still be a big part of our upcoming events, as well as the upcoming semester of the program.
Our network of “big sisters” is what makes The Step-Up Sorority so unique. A wealth of knowledge and support is available to all the “little sisters” that become a part of the sorority.
